Go cross-country skiing and feel the adrenalin when you go down that really steep hill (or go for a walk if you don’t live where it snows), go bowling, make fig jam, learn the rules of snooker, get an old pair of shoes mended, do the recycling, catch up with work, go watch the latest blockbuster and find out what you’re actually criticising, make a brilliant dinner, cut your own hair, watch the film you bought but never got around to watching, send a postcard to someone without the internet, read todays newspaper, do some Wikipedia-surfing, make a Spotify playlist for the next time you’re hosting a party, take pictures, read poetry, call a friend, make silly lists.
